Kavanaugh’s Accuser’s Credibility Is Shot

By on 09/23/2018

First of all, my journey with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma continues. I knew it would at some point, as the type I have is never considered cured, but I was hoping for a longer period between treatment options. Pending approval by my insurance, I will start Imbruvica soon, which is a pill. I am supposed to do my utmost to ensure that I do not impregnate a woman while I am taking it and for a month after I stop taking it. That should be easy enough. Unlike the Beach Boys, I do not get around.

Where do I go on this nonsense of sexual assault accusations against Supreme Court Justice nominee, Brett Kavanaugh? As I am not feeling well today, I’m taking the lazy route and I’ll go to my friend, Erick Erickson, who wrote this on Facebook [Kavanaugh’s accuser’s name has been removed and has been replaced with ‘the accuser’ in bold letters. I refuse to give this woman another minute of fame]:

The accuser has provided the names of five people she says have direct knowledge about the party says she was at and the assault she says she suffered there.

Patrick Smyth, under penalty of perjury if he is lying, says he has no knowledge of what she is talking about.

Mark Judge, under penalty of perjury if he is lying, says he has no knowledge of what she is talking about.

Brett Kavanaugh, under penalty of perjury if he is lying, says he has no knowledge of what she is talking about.

And now Leland Keyser, the accuser’s lifelong friend, under penalty of perjury if she is lying, says she has no knowledge of what the accuser is talking about.

The only person who refuses to give a statement to the Senate Judiciary Committee is the accuser herself.

This is done. I understand that the Republicans are doing what they can to appease the left by allowing this woman her time to speak. They don’t want to look like the sexist bullies they’re constantly accused of being by the leftists in politics, media, and entertainment industry, but no one can or will corroborate her story. Enough is enough.

Hold the vote, confirm Kavanaugh, and let’s get on with the rebuilding of America’s greatness.

That’s the way I see it.
